3 Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Claims for damage must be submitted within 48 hours.
4 Limitation of Liability
Products provided "as is" for research use. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
5 Governing Law
Governed by laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes resolved through arbitration under HKIAC rules.
